![]() ![]() After waiting over 4 hours and watching the airline staff check in and pick up their room keys the management were still no closer to checking us or many of the other 20 or more guests waiting. When we asked what we could do they shrugged their shoulders, trying to get information was like extracting teeth. Yes we understand that there were power outage problems but when we arrived early the staff were not helpful, they told us that they couldn't tell us when we could check in. We have been Hilton honour members for a number of years and have never had a problem checking in. When we rang the hotel we were told that the shuttle ran every 15 minutes but this is not true as after waiting 45 minutes I rang back to be told that I had to book the shuttle and they don't run every 15 min. The problems started the moment we got off the plane with Hilton.
